Let’s improve the way people book fishing charters
More than a job, it’s a mission; we want to open the world to anglers and connect them seamlessly with top fishing charter experiences.
Do you love to fish? Join our team of dedicated anglers that solve the problem of a fragmented industry. Booking a fishing charter should not be a on-site hotel recommended process – you will miss out every time on some of the best fishing charter experiences the world has to offer from peer reviewed – verified – trusted fishing charter experience operators. So “get more, catch more, fish better“.
Labor of love.
Above all else, it’s very important to us and our culture that our team remains a dedicated team of active anglers and passionate fishing enthusiasts. From the front desk to the back office – fishing runs in our blood and bleeds into our work.
If you are not doing what you love today, tomorrows a new day!
Everything we do, decisions we make are directly to only support anglers of the world. It’s not about the business – its about the fisherman and charter operators. The feeling that comes from helping small fishing charters stay booked, make a living fishing and provide anglers with amazing experiences is what we do this for.
We hire smart people and let them loose. Too many companies these days will hire you based on your experience. Then over manage you, match you with consultants, and we believe that’s just not the way to do things. We trust you, our team of smart fun passionate members doing what they love, with anglers and charter operators interests first and foremost. More than a mantra.
Work in teams on projects you pick – our office is full of knowledgable industry leaders. When you get them on a boat together brainstorming; that’s where the magic happens. So if you like to fish, if you like to do what you love for a job, and you want to make the world of fishing better for fishing charters and anglers world wide…this is for you!
